As you go into a new week, know that there is always an opportunity to be a leader and it doesn't require a title or words. Whether its using your knowledge to help someone increase their own or taking the reigns in a difficult situation or maybe just being a positive example for someone else, there are infinitely many opportunities to be that leader that others need and all it requires is ACTION. Take advantage of the opportunity to be a leader to others, you never know what effect your ACTIONS may have on them.
